Many people heard about Yongkang Street in Taipei and would visit this place. Here are some of the places I went and recommend some foods for you.

By the way, the original first outlet Din Tai fung (鼎泰豐) was located at this street. For you information, the queue is very long but I did not pay a visit to the restaurant as my stomach was too full at that moment.

花枝焿 (Squid Soup)

Although I didn't try their squid soup, but I tried their meat soup (肉羹) instead and it was quite nice and flavourful. I would definitely return to try out some other soup.

思慕昔  (Smoothie House)

I would highly recommend you to try this mango smoothie and also it's their signature smoothie, the mango taste was very strong and the shaved ice was so smooth and mouth watering. The portion was very big that you can share among 2 persons.

This is also one of my all time favourite tea shop and their pastry was one of my favourite that I often dropby to enjoy my tea break.

This is shop has been more than 25 years old and their beef noodle is one of the award winning in Taipei. It's also my favourite beef noodle and I would always dropby whenever I'm in Taipei.

This is my all time favourite bakery in Taipei, their breads and pastry are so good that makes you wants to try all of them.

NingXia Night Market is a must to visit when you are in Taipei, basically this is one of the best night market where the whole street is all about Taipei local food.

Liu Yu Zi Taro Ball
If you happens to be in this night market, you will realize there is a very LONG queue people are crazy for the deep fry taro ball.

Eventually I went to queue up just try out what makes them so special and end up it took me 30 minutes just to get these deep fried taro balls. There were 2 choices which are the original flavour and another is with egg yolk.

里长伯 
This is one of the famous stall that many artist and stars from Hong Kong came to visit. They have various soups like mee sua, pork rib soup, etc. I did try their stinky tofu and oyster mee sua, although to me it wasn't the best for me, but still worth a try.

Pork Rib Noodle

There is a very famous pork rib noodle but I didn't manage to take a photo of the shop due to raining and now I can't remember what is the name of the shop. But it is a shop lot with blue colour signboard along the night market.

The pork ribs has been deep fried with some sweetness taste, it's very tender even you can chew the soft bones of the pork.
